Due to the nature of these products and services, all sales are final.

1. No Refunds. No Returns. No Exchanges.

All purchases made through The Maple Company or The Maple Digital Business Library are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.

  • Coaching

  • Subscription content

Once a purchase is completed, no refunds, credits, reversals, or exchanges will be granted for any reason.


2. Reasons Refunds Will Not Be Granted

Refunds will not be issued due to:

3. Digital Products & Intellectual Property

Most products sold by The Maple Digital Business Library are delivered instantly or made accessible immediately after purchase. Because digital products cannot be “returned” once accessed, copied, downloaded, viewed, or transmitted, all digital product sales are final.

All materials sold or distributed remain protected by intellectual property law, including but not limited to:

Unauthorized actions are strictly prohibited, including:

  • Sharing files publicly or privately

  • Uploading content to AI databases, marketplaces, or file-sharing sites

Violations may result in revoked access, cease-and-desist demands, DMCA takedowns, account bans, legal claims, and damages.


5. Services & Consulting

Consulting, coaching, strategy, and service-based purchases are also non-refundable once booked, scheduled, started, delivered, or reserved.

By purchasing services, you understand:

  • No guaranteed financial or business results are promised
  • Advice is educational and strategic in nature unless otherwise stated
  • Time reserved for you has value whether used or unused

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree not to file fraudulent or improper chargebacks for valid purchases.

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in:

7. Exceptions

There are no standard exceptions to this policy.

If we choose, in our sole discretion, to offer assistance, replacement access, or store credit in rare circumstances, such accommodation does not waive this policy or create future obligations.
